By now you probably heard a lot about professional athletes who incorporate Pilates into their training regime to help with injury prevention. Pilates with us three times per week will strengthen your core, help you look and feel better, and translate into less strained muscles and other injuries.
An athlete- cyclist, golf player, runner, soccer player, etc.- and need conditioning?
We are all about core strengthening for cross-training, sports conditioning, post-injury and after physical therapy rehabilitation. Most importantly, we are about staying free of injuries!

After this 5 to 10 Intro to Pilates classes you can continue your Pilates practice with your choice of classes: Power Pilates, TRX Suspension Training, Cardio Pilates, and other Pilates classes. Build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility- all at the intensity you choose.

Power Pilates
Full-body Pilates-based workouts incorporating strength training with use of Pilates equipment.


TRX Suspension Training
Full-body Pilates-based workouts incorporating this great method of leveraged body weight exercise. Born in the U.S., used by Navy Seals, it will change the way you view exercise and will take your workouts to a whole new level.

Cardio Pilates
For those who can’t live by Pilates alone, fast-paced, Pilates-based, full-body small-group workouts combining interval cardio training, strength training, and TRX training.

What: Pilates for Men Classes
Who: Whether you are a pro athlete or a weekend warrior, you can take advantage of Pilates and its many benefits.
Why: Improve your strength, flexibility, balance and posture.
When: At lunchtime on weekdays (time slots from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.) or Saturday mornings (time slots from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m).

How long? Usually 55- 60 minutes long
Where: Pilates studio in Carpinteria, CA
Space is limited!

Don’t have enough time? Ask for shorter (30-or 45-minute long) Lunchtime classes- on Tuesdays and/ or Thursdays
