Probiotic Pumpkin Smoothie

IMG_2826_2Probiotic Pumpkin-Cran Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup organic grapes
  • 1 orange and the zest of one half of the orange
  • zest of half an orange
  • 1 organic apple, seeded
  • 1/4 fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 Tbsp moringa leaf powder
  • 1/2 inch ginger root, peeled
  • 1-2 Tbsp coconut syrup
  • 1/4 cup Kombutcha, Kefir or Whey

Method:
• Bring all ingredients into the blender and blend for a minute or until the mixture is of desired consistency.
• You can ad some ice if you prefer.
• Enjoy your Smoothie!
