DSCN2535_2Prepare the power juicer, feed some pumpkin wedges into it and start juicing. We actually prefer to mix it up, so we add 2-3 larger carrots and a tart apple.

Enjoy your juice fresh. If it’s left in the refrigerator, you’ll have a lot of sediment pectin that is very good for you.

DSCN2526_2The pulp from your pumpkin, carrots and an apple that’s left in your juicer’s pulp collector will be used for a great pumpkin soup, so scrape it out to use for further cooking, but this is another recipe 🙂
