Real Milk

Not all milk is the same. The quality of the final product depends on what sort of milk was processed. Real milk is full-fat, unprocessed, and comes from grass-fed animals (fed pasture, hay and silage). It is good for your health since it still contains important protective factors in the butterfat. Real milk contains many anti-microbial and immune-supporting components. Low fat or skim raw milk, on the other hand, do not. Raw whole milk should be produced under clean conditions and promptly refrigerated. Real milk doesn’t come from conventional confinement dairies or dairies which produce milk intended for pasteurization. So, it’s a great idea to know your farmer!
