It’s well-known that an educated traveler is a healthy traveler. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, it is always nice to give your body some time to stretch and/ or work out. Even if it’s a quick 15 minute long workout on the floor in your hotel room or an hourly 5 minute long stretch in your car or on board the plane. It will leave you feeling strong and invigorated! Tatiana’s Pilates offers an easy-to-follow class that can be done anywhere, with or without a mat. Choose your goal: flexibility, balance, core strength or stress relief, meet for a 50-55 minute long session to review your series. You will receive a detailed handout to help you take it all with you.
