Get in Shape on Your Lunch Hour
It’s hard to squeeze fitness activities in before or after work into your busy schedule. Your much deserved lunch hour could be the way for you to start back exercising on a regular basis. For some people the lunch break is a time to overeat. Instead, it could be the way for you to start exercising on a regular basis. Try it a few times a week, and you will be hooked to using free time towards fitness goals. Carpinteria Lunchtime Pilates is in partnership with the City of Carpinteria Parks & Recreation Department.
Continuing Groups
Those who have taken Pilates before and know the Pilates method can join the Beginner to Intermediate level group for lunch-time total-body workouts. Classes held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 12 and 1 p.m. in Viola Fields on the Bluffs.

Join our new Lunchtime Pilates program to cross-train and enjoy a fun and effective workout that will motivate you through results!
Tatiana’s Pilates is starting new classes (for both beginners and continuing clients) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 1 and 2 p.m. (or between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m.) in Viola Fields, on the Bluffs, in a park or on a beach nearest to your office location.
Adding a new location!
Please contact us if you would like a class time to be added to the calendar in your location. Generally classes fill quickly this way, even if we start with just some friends making a request for a new time slot.

Make the best of your lunch time by incorporating some cardio, combining it with some much needed strength training or stability and core exercises into it. Start using the cardio equipment available if your office building has a gym. If you don’t have access to a gym, just use a park nearby. You can do your cardio- a run, a jog, a powerwalk, or run up and down the stairs to get your heart rate up and burn some calories. Every little bit helps! Or better yet- alternate your cardio and your strength and core training days. Terms & Conditions
All offers, prices and terms are subject to change. Multiple session packages are non-refundable and expire six months from the date of purchase. Currently only cash or checks are accepted. All sessions require an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge to the client for the full cost of the session.
